One4all set out to explore Irish employees' attitudes towards office culture, wellness, and perks.

Results show 39% agree with the following statement, 'providing office perks, such as breakfast or snacks in the office, puts pressure on employees to work longer hours'. Only 8% strongly agreed.

Interestingly the research has found the majority of Irish workers would prefer to work for a small to medium size enterprise. 70% believe start-ups and SMEs offer a better office culture.

Salary is noted as the most important influence for most people when looking for a job, followed by a friendly work environment.
